We offer a wide range of health and social care training and accredited qualifications. We are approved by NCFE/Cache, Highfield and SPIC and have a wide range of experience and knowledge in health and social care sectors to meet a range of training needs.
Mandatory training
Mandatory training sessions average between 2-4 hours depending on the topic and can be tailored to meet the needs of your work setting. Training can be delivered on-site where there is suitable room usage to facilitate this.
Specialist Training
Specialist training sessions can be delivered on a wide range of topics and can be tailored to meet your organisation needs. Training sessions average between 2-4 hours depending on the topic and can be delivered on-site where there is suitable room usage to facilitate this.
Accredited Qualifications
We deliver accredited qualifications through NCFE/Cache and Highfield which range from levels 2-5. Our health and social care diplomas can be undertaken in health and social care setting with completion averaging between 9 months-2 years depending on the level and individual learner progression. If there are groups of learners in one setting we can deliver workshop sessions where this is preferred by the employer. Learners are assessed using a range of evidence collection methods that are tailored to support individual needs. Other accredited courses typically comprise of a full day training session with a multiple choice exam (with the exception of Paediatric First Aid which requires a 1 day self study prior to the assigned training day). All qualifications can be delivered on-site where there is suitable room usage to facilitate this.

This qualification develops the knowledge and skills needed when working in a lead adult care worker role in care settings. It covers a wide range of areas including supporting individuals with their physical and emotional care, daily living needs and health and social care procedures.
This qualification will support learners to develop specialist knowledge and skills in their area of responsibility and enable learners to promote a values-based culture within their setting.
The Residential Services pathway is aimed at those in similar job roles as those taking the Management pathways but the focus is on management and care in residential settings.

The course looks at child and childhood illnesses and conditions and uses paediatric resuscitation models. Practical skills include recovery position, CPR and choking response with infants and children.
Learners gaining this qualification will know that food safety is the responsibility of everyone involved in the storage, preparation, cooking service and handling of food. Its topics are regarded by the Foods Standards Agency as being important to maintaining good practice in the production of safe food.
