Food Safety in Catering

Anyone who works with food and meal preparation may find these courses beneficial. The level 2 course is ideal for anyone working in the catering and hospitality industry or those about to start work in the industry.  This is also useful for anyone working in a care setting where meal preparation is a key part of their role. The 2 day level 3 course is designed for learners who wish to progress to a higher or supervisory level within a food catering business. The level 4 course is ideal for a catering manager or someone who has some responsibility for food safety.

Food Allergens Awareness

This course is ideal for food handlers and other staff involved in food preparation and service and those who work within the catering industry. Anyone who prepares and services food to individuals may find this course beneficial.

Customer service

Customer service is important in any role where there is contact with members of the public, service users or other professional workers.  Effective communication with customers supports the achievement of  customer satisfaction and loyalty.
